The case had at the time extensive coverage by the national media, disseminated through articles in newspapers and television and radio interviews with family and friends of the victim. He was notorious as the "case Carapachay"
Claudio Troncoso, younger than 35 years was killed on June 19, 2006, at the gates of his home in Carapachay, Vincent Lopez, after being assaulted.
The incident was perpetrated by three adults (two women and one man) and a male child, who was the man who shot straight to the head, mortally wounding him.
Claudio was killed in front of his girlfriend who was also threatened and assaulted, and their parents who heard everything that happened behind the door. He had not resisted and had given all he had with him at that time.
Two of the murderers have been sentenced to 13 and 24 years respectively. Notably still in hiding one of the women charged.
This third trial was held on Thursday 27 and Friday May 28, 2010, in Court No. 6 of San Isidro, and the Tribunal was constituted by judges dr. Yours, dr. Etcheverry and dr. Mariarizzi.
On Thursday June 10 will be announced the sentence in the third of the trials, the accused men Veron Martin Ezequiel Montero, partner of the event. Will be held at the Court No. 6 of San Isidro, Libertador 16532, at 13.30 pm.
This brutal murder must not go unpunished. We ask for justice. On behalf of Claudio demand the complete clarification of the case and trial and sentencing according to the seriousness of the four defendants.
